Direction, local and external numbers, employee, times, duration and analysis are translated to the expected JSON format.

What needs to be configured?
Technical credentials can be entered securely in the Calls2CRM portal later. Do not share API keys or passwords through the contact form.

Request the webhook URL
Request the complete DossierData URL, including required query parameters such as dvid and dvhash.

Enter the URL securely
Enter the URL only in CRM settings and do not share secret query values by email.

Send a test transcript
Use an incoming and outgoing test call to verify that numbers and direction arrive correctly.
