Always on the company
Even when a contact matches, the timeline entry is stored on the associated company.
Post on behalf of an employee
With a valid Gripp employee ID, the timeline entry can be attributed to the correct employee.
Configuration
What needs to be configured?
Technical credentials can be entered securely in the Calls2CRM portal later. Do not share API keys or passwords through the contact form.

API token
Create a separate API token and enter it together with the Gripp API URL.

Permissions and phone data
Grant access to companies, contacts, employees and timeline entries and verify the phone fields used.

Employee ID (optional)
Enter the CRM user ID for each user if entries should be posted on behalf of that employee.
